The Group announced that it intends to initiate the preparatory work for an electrolytic aluminium project with an annual output of 250,000 tons in 2026, with an initial estimated investment amount of approximately USD436.57 million over a construction period of two years. Furthermore, the Group plans to formulate the planning of an additional electrolytic aluminium project with an annual output of 500,000 tons in the medium to long term, aiming to continuously expand its electrolytic aluminium production capacity and enhance its overall industrial layout.

The first one million tons of alumina per annum of the New Alumina Production Project in the third quarter of 2025, the second one million tons of alumina per annum has been put into operation since 20 December 2025. Thus, the total designed annual alumina production capacity of the Group has increased to four million tons, making it one of the largest alumina manufacturers in Southeast Asia.

The company has not only been selected for inclusion in the Hang Seng Composite Index and also been admitted to the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect programs.

On March 25th, the company was officially listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited

We have commenced the construction of our New Alumina Production Project.

The Spin-off of our Group was approved by the shareholders of Nanshan Aluminium in November 2023 in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.

Our Phase I Alumina Production Project (with designed annual alumina production capacity of one million tons) was put into operation. Our thermal power plant commenced electricity generation since April 2021.

Our Phase II Alumina Production Project (with designed annual alumina production capacity of one million tons) was put into operation.

We began construction of the main structure of the alumina refinery.

We officially launched the plan to construct an alumina refinery with designed annual production capacity of two million tons in Indonesia.
